Provides consulting services to clients and support to M Benefits Solutions’ Client Administration Department in various areas, including:
Nonqualified benefit plan mechanics
Communication to corporate management and executives
Coordinates ongoing benefit and funding asset administration over life of plans, including:
Benefit projections and reconciliations
Annual reviews/revaluations (“report card”)
Benefit and asset accounting (including ledger entries)
Plan document drafts
Consolidates and manages responsibilities for actuarial projections used in consulting and ongoing administration, including:
Annual quantification and projection of corporate liabilities, cash flow requirements, and earnings impact associated with plans
Updates of benefit projections and funding asset values based on current data
Calculations for proxy disclosure
Calculation and certification of benefits
